We understand that as a business owner a lack of time and resource can often lead you to take on more and more operational activities, so bringing in short-term, flexible support can alleviate this...and we have plenty of knowledge and skills to share with you.

I'm Caroline, the owner at breeze.
I've spent the last 25 years working in both large and small businesses, building most of my career within Learning & Development in a variety of different departments including sales and business development. More recently, during the last 6 years or so, I've worked for smaller businesses within their Executive Teams and headed up an HR, Learning & Development function.
It was through making the transition to working for smaller businesses that I recognised there can often be a need for versatile, ad-hoc support to help out in all sorts of areas and this is what encouraged me to set up breeze....to be that helping hand when it's needed. Small business owners don't always want to take on additional permanent/full-time resource and their existing staff can often find themselves having very little spare time to take on additional tasks - even for a short period of time.
A couple of years ago I made the decision to work primarily from home - I've worked successfully in homebased roles many times during my career and am self motivated and much more productive that way. So, being able to work with my clients on a virtual basis most of the time means I'm here when you need me, and not when you don't!
