Businesses like yours have turned to breeze to help them in different ways

Regular weekly tasks, set number of hours

This company owner works as a contractor Mon-Fri and likes to know that set tasks are covered and dealt with on a weekly basis.  We help him with administrative tasks, invoicing, timesheets, that sort of thing.  This allows him to focus on the day to day service delivery as well as the critical aspects of developing his business.  We work on his business tasks weekly for a set number of hours and invoice him monthly.

Projects, for a set period of time

One small gym/personal training business asked us to help them with a one-off project to help them review the activities being carried out within their business, looking for opportunities to reallocate tasks in a smarter way and pin point where the problem areas were.  For this, we set out what we would do, how long it would take and agreed a price for delivery of the project up front, which was paid upon completion.

For another client (a property company with circa 75 staff), we worked on several projects simultaneously over the course of a year.  This work was planned quarterly, charged at a daily rate and invoiced monthly.

Ad-hoc work, on demand as and when it's needed

We currently work with a small plumbing firm managing their service list, converting appointments, chasing debtors, responding to voicemails.  We've worked mainly virtually (even before the pandemic hit), with the occasional office meeting.  More recently we've worked on some small projects (Health & Safety, website refresh).  All work we do for this company is charged by the hour and invoiced monthly.
